Avoiding misuse of our refund policy.
Due to the nature of digital products, it is particularly easy to misuse our generous refund policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work. Which means that if for any reason you don't like the store we've made, you can request a change or refund.
If you want to take advantage of this benefit, be sure to write to us at info@ecomport.com, saying that you want to see the store first, before we hand it over to you and send all the necessary materials for it.
After we send you the store for review, you can send us your response within 24 hours.
The warranty is not included in the package by default, so you must mention this to us before we hand over the store to you. If you do NOT tell us, we will send you the store, give you admin access and send you all the marketing material. In this case, your warranty will no longer be valid.
The warranty is NOT valid if any of the following points are not met:
You did not clearly mention to us that you want to look at the store and exercise your right to warranty.
The warranty request was sent 24 hours after sending the store for inspection.
You have admin access to the store.
You have been sent marketing material, graphics or social media content.

Suppose a customer has bought our pack and asks for a refund right after purchase. In that case, we consider that is behavior which differs too much to our general customer behavior and we suspect misusing our good will. We will review customers’ download log information in these cases and make refund decisions based on that.
